Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
By ticking the box for consent to the processing of personal data in a form on disc-test.org and submitting that form, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data, on the terms set out below, by the operator: Manukyan Armen · Taxpayer ID (INN) 771583655604.
Purposes of processing and the data involved
The “Get your result by email” form: name, email address, language version of the site, test date, answers and DISC test result. The purpose is to email me my test result and to keep the result so that it can be sent again and my enquiries can be answered.
The contact form: name, email address, message text and attached files. The purpose is to consider my enquiry and reply to it.
The newsletter sign-up form on the home page: email address and language version of the site. The purpose is to send me an email with a link to confirm the subscription and to keep the newsletter subscriber list.
Operations performed on the data
Collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer to the parties named in the next section, blocking, deletion and destruction, using automated means.
Who is entrusted with processing
The operator entrusts processing to the hosting provider on whose server the site runs and the results database is kept, and to the mail services through which emails are sent and received. These companies act on the operator’s instructions.
How long the consent is valid
The consent is valid for three years from the date the “Get your result by email” form is submitted, for one year after the reply to an enquiry from the contact form, and, for the newsletter sign-up form, until I unsubscribe from the newsletter (7 days if the subscription is not confirmed), or until it is withdrawn.
How to withdraw consent
I can withdraw my consent at any time by writing to info@disc-test.org or via the “Contact” page. After withdrawal, the operator stops processing and deletes my data within thirty days, unless it has another legal basis for processing it.
What this consent does not cover
Consent to receive the newsletter is given separately, with its own checkbox in the form. How the operator processes data in other cases is described on the “Privacy” page.
