What's in the file

The file is in A4 format and in the language of this page. You can print it in black and white: the questionnaire doesn't rely on color.

When you need a paper version

A paper test is convenient at a training session or strategy offsite where not every participant has a computer, in a class, and anywhere phones aren't allowed. Some people simply find it easier to concentrate on paper: mark, turn the page, no notifications to distract you.

If participants do have their phones, the online version is simpler: it scores the result itself, draws the chart, emails the report and provides a link you can share. For teams there is also an admin panel that collects everyone's results.

How to fill in and score the test

In each block, mark the one statement that describes you most and the one that describes you least. Answer according to your usual behavior at work and don't overthink it. Then use the key to write the style letters next to your marks, and for each style count the number of “most like me” and “least like me” marks.

The difference between them is the style's total, from −24 to +24. The style with the highest total is dominant; if the second-highest total is positive and at least 40% of the dominant one (minimum 3), it is the secondary style. That gives a one- or two-letter profile, for example D or DI; its description is in the file, and a detailed explanation with examples is on a separate page.

A detailed report for your paper result

The paper version gives you a profile and a short description. To get the full report with the chart, strengths, growth areas and communication tips, open your profile's page from the list of 16 profiles or take the test online: it takes about ten minutes.
