Terms of Sale (Public Offer)

Version of October 22, 2026. English translation updated on October 22, 2026.

This is an English translation of the original offer published at disc-test.org/ru/offer/. If the two texts differ, the original prevails, except for the price and the way payment is made: for the English version of the Site they are set out in sections 1 and 3.

This document is an official proposal (a public offer) to enter into a contract for the paid service “In-depth DISC profile” on the terms set out below. The offer is made by individual entrepreneur Manukyan Armen, Taxpayer ID (INN) 771583655604 (hereinafter, the Provider). Paying for the service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms (acceptance of the offer).

1. Definitions

2. Subject of the contract

2.1. The Provider undertakes to provide the Service to the Customer, and the Customer undertakes to pay for it on the terms of this offer.

2.2. The Service is provided remotely: the In-depth Profile is sent to the email address the Customer gave at payment.

2.3. The Test and its result on the Site are free and are not the subject of the contract.

2.4. The In-depth Profile is for information only. It describes behavioral styles under the DISC model and is not a psychological or medical diagnosis, an assessment of professional suitability, or a recommendation that must be followed.

3. Price and payment

3.1. The price of the Service is 9.99 US dollars. For 60 minutes after the test is taken on the Site, the Service is offered at a special price of 6.99 US dollars; the time left is shown on the Site next to the price, and taking the test again does not extend it. The price at which an order is placed is shown on the payment page and stays with that order. The price is final: there are no additional payments to the Provider.

3.2. The Service is paid for in full before it is provided, by payment card or another non-cash method shown on the payment page. Payment is accepted by the Payment Service.

3.3. The Service is deemed paid at the moment the Provider receives confirmation of the payment from the Payment Service.

3.4. The Customer enters their card details on the Payment Service’s secure page. The Provider does not receive or store these details.

3.5. After payment, an electronic sales receipt is sent to the email address the Customer gave at payment.

3.6. The Provider may change the price of the Service. The new price applies from the moment it is published on the Site and does not apply to orders already paid for.

4. How the Service is provided

4.1. To receive the Service, the Customer takes the Test on the Site, gives an email address and pays for the Service. The In-depth Profile is prepared from the Test result with which the Customer proceeded to payment.

4.2. The Provider sends the In-depth Profile to the address given no later than 24 hours after payment (clause 3.3). The email usually arrives right after payment; 24 hours is the maximum.

4.3. The Service is deemed provided at the moment the In-depth Profile is sent. If the Customer does not report any defects within three calendar days after that, the Service is deemed accepted. No certificate of services rendered is drawn up.

4.4. If the email does not arrive, the Customer should check the spam folder and write to the Provider at info@disc-test.org: the In-depth Profile will be sent again.

4.5. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the email address they give.

5. Cancellation and refunds

5.1. The Customer may cancel the Service at any time before the In-depth Profile is sent to them. In that case the payment is refunded in full.

5.2. If the In-depth Profile is not sent within the period stated in clause 4.2, the Customer may claim a full refund.

5.3. If the In-depth Profile received has defects (the email or file does not open, it contains another person’s result, or its content does not match the description of the Service on the Site), the Provider remedies them within three business days of the Customer’s request. If a defect is not remedied within that period, the payment is refunded in full.

5.4. Refund guarantee: within seven calendar days of payment, the Customer may request a full refund without giving any reason, including after receiving the In-depth Profile. After this period, payment for a Service that has been properly provided is not refunded; the Customer’s disagreement with how the profile describes them is not a defect in the Service.

5.5. To obtain a refund, the Customer sends a request to info@disc-test.org, stating the email address used at payment, the date and amount of the payment, and the reason for the refund; for a refund under clause 5.4, no reason needs to be given.

5.6. The Provider replies to the request within three business days. Refunds are made to the original payment method, no later than ten calendar days after the request is received; how long the refund takes to reach the Customer’s account depends on the Customer’s bank.

5.7. The terms of this section do not limit the Customer’s rights under consumer protection legislation.

6. Rights to materials and prohibition on copying

6.1. The texts of the Site, the Test, the Test result reports (including the PDF report sent by email) and the In-depth Profile, together with their design (hereinafter, the Materials), belong to the Provider and are protected by intellectual property law.

6.2. The Customer may use the Test result report and the In-depth Profile for personal purposes: save them, print them, show them to other people and share a link to their result using the buttons on the Site.

6.3. Without the Provider’s written consent, it is prohibited to copy the Materials in whole or in part, to reproduce or distribute them, to post them on other websites, on social networks, in messaging apps or in print publications, to adapt or translate them, to include them in other tests, services, courses or publications, or to sell them or publish them under one’s own name.

6.4. Quoting the Materials is permitted in the cases and to the extent provided by law, and the source must be indicated by a link to https://disc-test.org.

6.5. Consent to use the Materials may be requested at info@disc-test.org.

6.6. Infringement of the rights to the Materials entails liability as provided by law.

7. Liability

7.1. The parties are liable for failure to perform the contract in accordance with the law that governs it (clause 9.4).

7.2. The Customer makes decisions based on the In-depth Profile independently. The Provider does not guarantee any particular outcome from its use.

7.3. The Provider is not liable for non-delivery of the email for reasons beyond its control (an incorrect address, a failure of the Customer’s email service), but will send the In-depth Profile again at the Customer’s request.

8. Personal data

8.1. To provide the Service, the Provider processes the Customer’s email address, name (if given), Test result and payment information, excluding bank card details. The basis for processing is the performance of a contract to which the Customer is a party.

8.2. The data is passed only to the Payment Service, to accept payment and send the receipt, and to the services needed to prepare and send the In-depth Profile, and in the cases provided by law.

8.3. More about data processing can be found on the “Privacy” page.

9. Term and amendment of the offer

9.1. The contract is deemed concluded at the moment the Service is paid for and remains in force until the parties have performed their obligations.

9.2. The Provider may amend the offer. The new version applies from the moment it is published on the Site and does not apply to orders already paid for.

9.3. Complaints are sent to info@disc-test.org; the Provider replies to them within ten calendar days. If a dispute is not settled, it is heard by a court in accordance with the law that governs the contract.

9.4. The contract is governed by the law of the country in which the Provider is registered.
