How it works

The test has 24 blocks of four statements, 96 in total. In each block, mark the one statement that describes you most and the one that describes you least. Answer the way you usually behave at work, not the way you would like to. Don’t overthink it: your first reaction is the most accurate.

What you’ll get

  • Your primary and secondary style and the name of your profile — one of 16
  • A chart with three lines and how strongly each style shows up, in percent
  • Your strengths, growth areas, motivation and behavior under stress
  • Tips on how best to communicate and work with you
  • A link to your report and a PDF copy — no sign-up and no paid versions

How the result is calculated

In each of the 24 blocks, you mark the one statement that is most like you and the one that is least like you. Each statement belongs to one of the styles D, I, S or C. For each style, the score is the number of “most” marks minus the number of “least” marks — from −24 to +24 — and it is then converted to a percentage. The primary style is the one with the highest score; a secondary style counts if it is also clearly pronounced. Results explained →
